1. How long does the battery really last?

Up to 30 days in timer mode. In normal daily use, it lasts 20–25 days. Just recharge when the light flashes.

2. Does it work for dogs too or only cats?

Works perfectly for both cats and small-to-medium dogs. The height is ideal for both.

3. Does the water actually stay clean?

Yes. The triple filter removes hair, particles and odours. We recommend changing the filter every 2–4 weeks.

4. Do I need a power outlet nearby all the time?

No. The fountain is completely wireless during use. You only need to charge it when the battery is low.

5. Is it easy to clean?
